A successful year for our charitable giving programme

We aim to work with and for the communities in which we operate, recognising that we are a major employer in our geographical site locations. As part of this, we have established a charitable giving initiative, where we support causes close to our employee’s hearts through donations and match-funding.
Throughout 2022, our people have helped donate over $108,000 to local organisations and charities, providing some much-needed support in our local communities. These causes include:
- Young Lives vs Cancer, a charity helping children and young people with cancer find the strength to face everything cancer throws at them.
- Greater Cleveland Food Bank, this food bank partners with over 1,000 programmes and agencies in the region and distributes food to over 400,00 people annually.
- Cadillac Connectors and their first Robotics Programme, this programme allows high school students to interact with mentors and community professionals to innovate, design, build, programme and troubleshoot a robot!
- Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA), a non-profit organisation dedicated to the pursuit of scientific research leading to treatments and a cure for Friedreich’s Ataxia (a rare neurodegenerative inherited disease.
- Power My Learning, a non-profit organisation that partners with over 100 underserved schools and libraries in Los Angeles.
